After over 25 years as a family run business we have now invested in creating a new brasserie style restaurant. After weeks of building works and appealing to the public for a new name, Manley's Brasserie, located at The School House in Weeford village, is Lichfield's newest restaurant. New interior and exterior décor. Fresh New menus, but the same friendly welcoming team with a new approach to your dining experience with us.
Our fresh new menus feature more sharing platters, a wider variety of complete dishes, so you can add some tasty extras to suit your own palate – with some exciting new side dishes, and seasonal selections. All our produce continues to be sourced from the best of the region's suppliers, with great Staffordshire steaks, Chef Nigel's homemade pies and fresh fish from Birmingham market – one of the freshest fish markets in the UK.
Our stylish new bar welcomes drinkers where you can share some grazing dishes, like our Staffordshire platter, light bites and hot and cold salads – whilst enjoying the views across our 11 acres of pasture land across the valley. You can now enjoy our menus anywhere in the bar or brassiere – If you are making it a light lunch or night out with friends our new brassiere restaurant area with soft seating and stylish new booths can cater for your every need.
